Run codwawmp.exe (or codwaw.exe), go to options, then multiplayer (or cooperative) options, click on enter key code. input your cd key found in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Wow6432Node\Activision\Call of Duty WaW Look on the right hand side for CodKey, double click it, copy your key to a safe place just for safe keeping.
