The Saving Option only saves your Progress in the Story and Quests, to set Spawnpoints and Save Progress mid-Quest, Sleep in a Bed, u find them in your Camp, Bonfires and the little Campfire Symbols on the Map, they also have the Reward Bag, so u can restock your Resources. #1.
