Škoda Octavia. Skoda Octavia Mk II (2004 - 2013) 2.0 TDi (BKD) Oil Pressure Warning. I've recently rebuild the BKD Engine in my Octavia as the cam belt tensioner failed and damaged the head. On it's first run since being rebuilt, it flashed up with 'Oil Pressure Engine off! Owner's Manual', it's got enough oil as I serviced it at the same time.
1) The injectors must be pushed all the way down by hand, before tightening the hold down block screw. The block will push the injector sideways in the bore, and it will bind on the small uneven fretting marks left by the original injector; do not depend upon the block to push the injector down - only to hold it down.
